Abstract

The Department of Education (Department) announces a definition under the Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) program, Assistance Listing Number 84.423A. We may use this definition for competitions in fiscal year (FY) 2022 and later years. We take this action to clarify the conditions under which a nonprofit entity may be defined as a national entity.
