Air Plan Approval and Air Quality Designation; Ohio; Attainment Plan and Redesignation of the Canton Area to Attainment of the 2008 Lead Standard

The EPA is taking these actions in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Agency's implementation regulations regarding the 2008 Pb NAAQS.
