Document 2025-20907 is a Final Rule published by the Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register on November 25, 2025, with an effective date of January 1, 2026. This final rule with comment period revises the Medicare Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and the Medicare Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) payment system for calendar year 2026 based on our continuing experience with these systems.
