Lower 37 GHz Band and Use of Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Service

Document 2025-10476 is a Final Rule published by the Federal Communications Commission in the Federal Register on June 12, 2025, with an effective date of July 14, 2025. In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) makes available 600 megahertz of high-frequency spectrum for flexible fixed and mobile use by establishing a mechanism for access to the 37-37.6 GHz band (Lower 37 GHz band). This spectrum, which is shared between non-Federal and Federal operators, can be used for fixed wireless broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), or other innovative services.
